問題に特段の制約条件が書いてなければ、大丈夫です。
everythingの方が簡潔というだけです。
materialsをそのまま言うより代名詞を使うのが普通な気はします。
all of themとか print them all out とか でも。
余分：
all the materials だとeverythingより長いので、print out all the materialsとかoutを前に持って来たくなったりもしますが、どっちでも正しいです。（上の、print them all out だと them(代名詞)なのでoutはその前には置けません）。
